Fans and residents of Eastern Oregon know this corner of the state has some pretty incredible beer. Our microbreweries are national and international award-winners, many times over. So it was no surprise to us that three of them were selected by Thrillist as among Oregon’s sixteen best brew pubs outside of Portland. Beer lovers (and people just looking for the next amazing place to explore) can use the list to chart their journey throughout Oregon, or design your Eastern Oregon vacation around stops at The Prodigal Son Brewery & Pub in Pendleton, Terminal Gravity Brewing in Enterprise and Barley Brown’s in Baker City. And, fit in some time to check out all of the less-known breweries in between! Use the Hells Canyon Byway as your route through northeast Oregon and be sure to plan some time to enjoy the great outdoors that inspire the best in food, beverages, recreation and art the region has to offer.
